Therapuatic Foster Care

REACH of Louisville recruits, trains, and supports therapeutic foster care providers and shared parenting families, with special emphasis on serving hard-to-place children, youth, and young adults who experience behavioral and emotional disabilities.

Supports for Community Living

SCL is a home and community based wavier under the Kentucky Medicaid program and was developed for Kentucky residents as an alternative to institutional care for an individual with mental retardation or developmental disabilities. SCL allows an individual to remain in the community. REACH is one of the few SCL agencies in the state of Kentucky who is approved as both an SCL provider and a foster care placement agency.
