Micah holds a B.A. in Sociology with a double minor in Business Administration and African and African American Studies. She also received her MSW from Spalding University. Prior to employment at REACH, Micah worked in the nonprofit sector in a variety of roles such as administrative, program management, career coaching, and childcare. Micah has been employed with REACH since 2018 and started as a DSP at Reach Adult Day Program.

Micah is currently a Family Support Coordinator. Micah’s responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with Reach’s FHPs, problem solving, and fostering connections with SCL participants and their respective team members. In her spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with her cats, traveling, and catching up on her favorite t.v. shows.
